Delivery 

Once an order has been placed our transport team will be in contact with you within 48hrs (2 working days) with a date of delivery. If confirmed and delivery is not able to be taken on arrival, a reschedule of delivery will be recharged.

You will be required to be on site on arrival of delivery, we will require a signature. All deliveries are to a single address as provided by you and if this is not the correct address we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery. All deliveries must be signed for by a person over the age of 18. 

Issues on P.O.D

• Edge damage must be noted on the pod

• Face damage must be reported within 72 hours, photographs must also be supplied
• Manufacturing defects must be reported immediately, with photographs supplied and prior to installation. This excludes manufacturing faults that occur after hanging

If items are damaged please refuse delivery and mark the delivery note damaged and call us on 0121 326 0733

Should we try and fail to deliver on the proposed delivery date because there is no one available to take delivery, then we reserve the right to charge for any further attempted deliveries, transportation charges or storage charge which we incur as a result.
